About Veera

My interest in the nature of being human, consciousness, and the questions of who we are and why we are here has lived within me since childhood. From an early age, I found myself reflecting on the meaning of life, the nature of experience, and how our inner world is reflected in the body and in life. In high school, I became deeply interested in psychology, and since then my path has led me toward a deeper understanding of the human being as a whole — on the levels of body, mind, emotions, and energy.

Conscious, somatic dance and movement practices deepened my connection to the body and taught me to listen to its subtle messages. My studies in Gestalt therapy provided a strong foundation for meeting people, relational work, and therapeutic presence in a safe and grounded space. Through these experiences, my understanding of how we build connection — both within ourselves and with others — has deepened significantly.

My journey into energy healing began with Reiki, and later I deepened into the VortexHealing® method, which I have been practicing for over ten years. I have accumulated hundreds of hours of channeling and healing work on myself and others. The VortexHealing® method works holistically across the levels of consciousness, the energy system, and the body, supporting the body-mind's natural capacity to heal and integrate.

My own healing journey has deepened my understanding of the impact of trauma. Trauma does not reside only in the mind, but also in the body, and the energy system. In my work, I emphasize strengthening the energy system, cultivating a sense of safety, restoring connection to the body, and approaching experience with compassion. As the energy system becomes stronger, the resources for wellbeing increase, mental flexibility improves, and vitality returns. When a person is able to feel safe in their body again, a space opens where change can unfold gently and sustainably.

In my work, presence, sensitivity, and a professional, trauma-informed approach come together. I carry personal experience of the depth and impact of trauma, as well as of the process of healing — including the restoration of body connection and the emergence of inner safety. I approach my work with humility and gratitude for the opportunity to support others on their path of healing. I meet each client as an individual; every process is unique and unfolds at its own pace. My intention is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, strengthening your inner safety, and creating space for vitality, clarity, and your own inner strength.

How I experience healing

Like so many of us, I too have struggled with suffering in my life. During the most difficult times, the concept of healing meant finding a way out — out of pain, anxiety, fear, and inner chaos. I longed for peace, love, acceptance, and a sense of safety. My mind divided my experiences into good and bad, desirable and avoidable. I tried relentlessly to control both my inner and outer life, hoping that the unpleasant would disappear and I would finally reach a state of calm.

Within each of us, there are parts that have been shaped in the absence of love — touched by fear, shame, confusion, or guilt. These parts can also be in conflict with one another, creating inner tension where one part tries to suppress or reject another. In this state, we may believe that we can only "heal" by getting rid of the parts of ourselves we find difficult or uncomfortable — the parts we would rather not see or accept as our own.

Along my healing journey, however, I came to understand that healing is not about becoming "better" or eliminating everything uncomfortable. Instead, I have experienced healing as the discovery of a sense of safety and support within myself. A peaceful place that is not trying to get anywhere or get rid of anything. This has allowed my relationship to difficult experiences to shift, making space for qualities such as loving compassion, acceptance, safety, and gentleness.

In trying to get rid of my difficult emotions, I was actually fighting against them — and in doing so, I only made them grow stronger. Real change did not come through control or resistance, but through allowing these parts to be seen and welcomed back into wholeness. I did not need to get rid of them after all. On the contrary, they revealed themselves as valuable guides, pointing the way back home — back into connection with my True Nature, an inner place of freedom and safety. And this is an ongoing discovery. When ever a difficult emotion arises in my experience, I can use it as way to open to a deeper truth.

When ever I find presence and compassion even in the midst of my most challenging emotions, deep healing became possible. Yet I could not have reached this place through my own effort alone. It has been through surrendering into Grace — letting go of the struggle and allowing my experience to be exactly as it is — that space invites stuck and resisting emotions to soften and release.

I experience healing as return to connection. The loving presence that lives within each of us places no conditions. It does not divide us into good and bad, acceptable and unacceptable. It is patient, aware, and deeply accepting — ready to embrace all parts of us, including those we have learned to judge or reject.

For a long time, my connection to this inner Love was lost, buried beneath unprocessed emotional experiences. I was not able to find my way back on my own. Through the VortexHealing® method, this living connection has been restored, and for that I feel deeply grateful.

Trough this journey the meaning of Healing has changed for me. It is not only about removing problems, but finding and living more from an inner peaceful and loving place. Healing can be seen in the way we approach to the never ending challenges of human life. My intention is to keep surrendering to Divine intelligence and keep coming bak to and taking action from an inner place of love.
